For this guide, we will first want to go to the tweet we are wanting to copy. There should either be a dropdown arrow in the top right of the tweet or you can click on the time of the tweet to go directly to that tweet's page.

Copy the link from the top of the page and go to your WordPress admin area. Dy default, if you add the link to your content on a separate line it should automatically create the embed.

For another method using the default Block editor, we will add the Twitter block, this should bring up a block where we can add the twitter URL and click the embed button to generate the embed.
