    Great content and love the tips on consistency. IN my case, it’s spending 25 – 50% of my gross income on advertising. This ensures that new people are constantly coming into my front end funnels!

    Happy Anniversary. Love this!!! The idea of launching and closing 2x per year truly increases Urgency.     Russell, do you have any concern that to achieve scarcity by limiting availability to twice-yearly that you’ll lose business that would have purchased during the off-months? Is that concern mitigated by limiting how long an offer lasts but always offering something, just changing what’s continually offered for a short window of time?

    I’ve been thinking about opening and closing enrollment as well for my service business. But I’m a franchisee and wonder if customers would just go down the street to another franchisee and enroll there??? What are your thoughts?

    I think instead of opening and closing your programs twice a year it should be more like every other month (or less, must be tested of course)… Because there is too much competition people can choose from to buy similar products if they are in a hurry. If I really wanted something and had to wait for 6months I would move on. Too much scarcity can backfire in this instant gratification market

    YESSSSSSS!!! It’s the access they get. It’s kind of like waiting in line to your favorite club or restaurant. People will be waiting in line and putting that date on their calendar! I’m trying to get on all my ideal clients calendars!! ??
