A rich life for me is to live in a single family home where I don’t have to share washers & dryers with my neighbors.

As a recent college grad, my “rich life” has meant (1) being home when my kids get off the school bus (2) having money left over to pay down school debt and contribute to savings after paying rent/bills (3) having flexibility to go where I want most days.

These past few years, flexibility has been far more important than pay. So instead of chasing a traditional job I am working from home without commuting expenses or childcare expenses. I’m using the flexibility in my job to build my qualifications for work that gives me this same flexibility with higher income.

Before reading your blog I would have thought a “rich life” meant earning a higher income than my peers; now I know it’s about designing my life.

I myself enjoy a happy simple life…I have no interest in travelling or making lots of money. 🤔

My rich live: going to Israel for an extended time like 3-4 months. I would like to go there by train or car, so I can see the changes in the landscape. In Israel I want to discover the land and the people and I really want to go to Teheran and eat all the vegan food there is 😁

I want to be able to walk around with stacks of hundred dollar bills and give to homeless people. Doesn’t matter if they’re panhandling or sleeping. So they can wake up and see the relief of money in their cup. I want the feeling of doing that for people.

Uncle Ramit looking swole!! Awesome progress with the workouts and diet! I’ve just started mine as well – my Rich Life is to be able to spend the hours I want and need to put my body through rigorous workouts (LOVE EM), then eating food not laden with things my body doesn’t need, so I can get stronger. The good health will also allow me to take the best care possible of my cats. And besides that I want to keep learning and reading, writing and making videos. All in a clean, stylish and sufficiently big house for my cats to run around, with minimal yet quality, sustainable and eco-friendly possessions. That is my Rich Life 🙂
