Your packaging cards are incredible! I bought one design back in April and love how easy they are to edit! I include one with every order and on it I’m also able to handwrite a personal note. Thank you!!

No idea why I’m watching these types of videos, but I agree with the whole “more personalized” approach. I love supporting small businesses. Especially American made products. And almost if not, all the business I choose to support, include hand written cards or take the time to email me and thank me for the order. Little things like that makes me want to keep purchasing and sharing their business. Great video, Holly! 🙂

I always write a quick “thank you so much for your purchase!” with a heart or a smiley face on my invoices, and I’ve gotten many compliments on my shop because of it. I guess people just really like the fact that I took the time to hand write it.

I have a large “Thank You” stamp that I use embossing powder and a heat gun on! It creates a beautiful raised and shiny message on my envelopes!

Also, for a more affordable/faster/starting business card: Walmart and I’m sure office supply chains sell Avery Business Card packages that you can print right at home and they are so easy to take apart. I had 200 in less than an hour from design to final product!

I wrap my soaps in tissue paper and seal the tissue paper closed with a thank you sticker. Also put a quick thanks on the invoice.

  17. Jill Gross on February 22, 2019 at 5:02 am

I loved your ideas, especially the branded tissue paper! I will be checking that out. I’ve been including a deluxe business card in every order, and a thank you note. I plan on looking for a rubber stamp(s) as well. Thank you so much!
