Some sites have trademark, copyright, and registered symbols in their articles for informing users. These are great for sites but as there is no button on a keyboard for these icons it can be difficult for beginners to use them. In this video, we will show you how to add special characters in WordPress posts.

From the admin area go to a post or page you want one of these added to.
Ensure you have two rows of icons using the kitchen sink button.
Click the omega sign in the visual Editor and it will open the special character window.
Choose the one you want and it will be added to your post.
If you want to use the text editor you will need to add the entity number from the page below to add what you want.
