I would really love to see some more content on that. As a video editor and primarily a freelancer right now things around salary don’t really apply.
Not a lot new here, but good info. Except what about those of us who are self employed and don’t have a salary to negotiate? And the current rental market where I live is actually crazy competitive as there is a shortage in rentals, so lowering rates is not an option.
