Are you wanting to turn off comments on your WordPress site? WordPress will notify administrators of new comments on their site by default. If you're just starting out this is good to bring these to your attention but will become annoying as your site grows. In this video, we will show you how to easily disable WordPress comment notification emails.

For disabling these, you would want to start by going under Settings, Discussion in your admin area. Scroll down and in the 'E-mail me whenever' section where you will find two checkboxes. Uncheck these boxes and that will prevent WordPress from sending you emails when a user adds a comment to your site.
