During my first venture, I put too much time on working on my product. A lot of time spent in the office until I decided to sleep in the office for 6 months consecutively. At the end I burnt out and quitted. It was really painful. But I didn’t document my journey so no one really knew what happened.
Currently I’m working on my 2nd venture and know that I need to work on documenting my journey and funnels before anything. Thanks for popularizing this, Russell!
